Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care, and recommend products and services that total the guest experience. The Stylist delivers quality professional services with a focus on sales, guest service, and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required and/or active licensing.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, styling, and extensions where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Demonstrate product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
• Collaborate with skin therapists and the retail team to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and adhere to safety and uniform dress code.
