Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Stylist to consult with guests on their hair care needs and deliver quality professional services. You will support the Experience Manager and ASM with a focus on service sales, productivity, and guest experience.

Responsibilities include performing hair services, product demonstrations, and participating in events while staying current with industry trends and ingredients to best serve guests.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services: design, cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions and makeup as applicable.
• Meet or exceed service and sales goals while delivering exceptional guest service.
• Provide consultations and recommendations to guests for total-look results.
• Maintain store and salon cleanliness and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
