Job summary

You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager by focusing on service sales, productivity, guest service, and compliant salon operations. You will perform a wide range of hair services, upsell pro products, participate in in-store events, and maintain a high standard of salon image while staying current with beauty trends and product

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant salon experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hair services (design, cuts, color, texture, treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin, extensions, makeup, ear piercing).
• Meet or exceed weekly service sales and productivity goals through exceptional guest service.
• Demonstrate business acumen and identify growth opportunities.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Assist in in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives for an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to serve guests effectively.
