Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Proficiency with hair care and makeup products.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to achieving store retail and service sales targets.
• Demonstrate business acumen and identify opportunities for growth.
• Perform product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives for an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on current industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
