5 Salon & Spa Inc. is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, lead the team, and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced salon and spa environment.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, building client relationships, scheduling, overseeing daily operations, and developing policies to ensure smooth service. Prior salon management experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a high-volume salon.
• A love for hair, fashion, and a strong sense of style.
• Integrity, hard work, reliability, flexibility, honesty, and organization.
• Strong administrative skills, excellent record-keeping, and customer care abilities to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Familiarity with POS systems; Phorest Software is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire the leadership, stylists and front desk and assistants.
• Provide coaching and feedback to ensure standards are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop and manage employee schedules.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members. Create and implement salon and spa policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Maintain comprehensive product and service knowledge.
