Ulta Beauty in Palm Desert is seeking an Assistant Services Manager to lead a team of stylists and estheticians while delivering exceptional guest service in the salon. This role drives service sales, productivity, events, and overall operational excellence, with hands-on guest service behind the chair as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a cosmetology school credential and 2–3+ years of salon management experience, plus strong leadership, teamwork, and policy compliance capabilities.

Formación

• Cosmetology school graduate and cosmetology license as required by state law.
• Licensing or management license where required by state law.
• Experience in fast-paced salon management and service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a salon team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Provide excellent guest service and ensure high satisfaction.
• Oversee service operations, inventory, and payroll planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Support training and development for service professionals.
