SUGARED + BRONZED is seeking a friendly Salon Receptionist in California. You will welcome clients, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth front-of-house experience across our vibrant salons.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, answering inquiries, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting both client care and back‑of‑house tasks. Growth potential toward a future Airbrush Technician role is highlighted with earning opportunities through gratuity and sales commissions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out clients using the appointment system.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of services, memberships, and products.
• Maintain front of house organization and cleanliness, including lobby and product shelves.
• Support back of house upkeep, including laundry and disposables.
• Answer client questions about appointments, and before and after service care.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
