SUGARED + BRONZED in California is seeking a friendly Salon Receptionist to welcome clients, check them in/out, schedule appointments, and keep the lobby tidy. You will be the first and last smile guests see, helping create a smooth, inviting experience.

You will answer calls and texts, learn services and memberships, support front-of-house tasks, and collaborate with a tight-knit team. Part-time or full-time schedules are available with advance posting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of services, memberships, and products.
• Maintain front of house organization and cleanliness, including the lobby and product shelves.
• Support back of house upkeep, including laundry, disposables, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Answer client questions about appointments, and before and after service care.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
