Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED is seeking a Salon Receptionist to ensure every client experiences a welcoming, smooth visit from check-in to departure. You will manage appointments, maintain a tidy front area, and support both front and back-of-house tasks in a fast-paced salon environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Check clients in and out using the appointment booking system.
• Schedule appointments.
• Maintain front of house organization and cleanliness, including the lobby and product shelves.
• Support back of house upkeep, including laundry and disposables, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Answer client questions about appointments and care before and after service.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
