Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED is seeking friendly Salon Receptionists to welcome clients, check them in and out, schedule appointments, and keep the front of house neat. You will support a fast paced, team‑driven environment and help deliver an exceptional client experience across our Beverly Hills and surrounding LA locations.

• Customer service experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of services, memberships, and products.
• Maintain front of house organization and cleanliness, including the lobby and product shelves.
• Support back of house upkeep, including laundry, disposables, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Answer client questions about appointments, and before and after service care.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
