Our busy, high-end blow dry bar is looking for a front desk superstar to be the first smile our guests see and the last goodbye they remember. About the Role: As our Salon Receptionist, you’ll set the tone for every guest’s visit — from greeting them warmly, to managing bookings, to recommending products they’ll love. You’ll keep our front desk running like a dream and help ensure every client leaves looking (and feeling) amazing.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every visit starts on a high note
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations via our booking system
• Answer phone calls, emails, and social media messages promptly
• Process payments and handle transactions with accuracy
• Promote salon services, memberships, and retail products
• Coordinate stylist schedules for smooth appointment flow
• Maintain an organized, inviting front desk and retail area
• Assist with light admin tasks and support the team with special events or promotions

What We’re Looking For

• Prior customer service or reception experience (salon/spa experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• A friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
• Comfort with booking software & POS systems (training provided)
• Availability to work weekends (Saturdays)
