Health Research, Inc. (HRI) Roswell Park Division seeks a Salon Receptionist to support the Patient Care Experience team. This part-time role (0.75 FTE) welcomes patients and caregivers to the salon, processes wig and head covering orders, and provides administrative support to the salon’s stylists and operations.

Provides consistent and compassionate care to Roswell Park patients who experience hair loss due to their treatment. Provides information to and supports patients, caregivers, and family members during this difficult time. Welcomes patients and caregivers to salon; processes wig and head covering orders and provides administrative/clerical support to the salon's stylists and overall salon operations.
The pay range for this position is $18.31 - $23.63 hourly which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in a retail setting. NOTE: Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
