Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center seeks a dedicated team member to assist in daily operations of the Resource Center and Elevate Salon, while training and supervising volunteers. You will identify and update patient education materials in coordination with the Concierge and Patient Education Departments, and educate patients and families on cancer information with access to trusted resources.
The role supports organization-wide educational and Quality of Life grant funded programs,
Assists with the daily operations of the Resource Center and the Elevate Salon. Trains and supervises the Resource Center and Elevate Salon volunteers. Identifies, develops and updates patient education materials in the Resource Center in cooperation with the Concierge Services Department and Patient Education Department. Educates patients and family members on cancer information and provides support, compassion and access to reliable resources. Assists the Patient Experience and Concierge Departments with the development and implementation of organization-wide educational and Quality of Life grant funded programs, which may include patient outreach and support as well as other basic cancer information. The salary range for this position is $52,979- $67,185 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
