Job summary

Beach Bum Tanning is seeking a Salon Operations Manager to lead daily operations, deliver top-tier guest service, and set a high-performing workplace standard. You will oversee scheduling, inventory, product knowledge, and drive revenue while representing our brand with energy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of sales and 2–3 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven sales leadership experience with a strong sales background.
• 2–3 years of successful sales experience.
• 2–3 years of management or supervisory experience, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding sales and operational goals.
• Flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays; on-call support.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Adherence to loss-prevention and compliance standards.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience in the tanning/spa industry is a plus.
