Job summary

Beach Bum Tanning, a fast-growing leader in the tanning & spa industry, is seeking a motivated Salon Operations Manager to join our team in the New York area. You will oversee daily operations, deliver top-tier guest service, and coach your team to achieve store goals.

You will lead scheduling, inventory control, and product knowledge while driving sales and maintaining a welcoming, polished store appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of successful sales experience.
• 2–3 years of management or supervisory experience, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding sales and operational goals.
• Polished, welcoming store appearance.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; on-call support required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Adherence to loss-prevention and compliance standards.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience in the tanning/spa industry is a plus.

Position Summary
