Beach Bum Tanning is seeking a motivated Salon Operations Manager to join our growing team. You will lead daily salon operations, drive guest service excellence, and mentor a high‑energy team to meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven sales leadership experience with a strong sales background.
• 2–3 years of sales experience.
• 2–3 years of management or supervisory experience, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; on‑call support required.
• Experience in the tanning/spa industry is a plus.
• Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding sales and operational goals.
• Adherence to loss‑prevention and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
