Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated leadership in retail, service, hospitality, or sales.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• 2–3 years of sales experience.
• 2–3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong focus on achieving sales and operating goals.
• Commitment to keeping store polished and welcoming.
• Flexible evenings, weekends and holidays; on‑call required.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.
• Experience in tanning, beauty, wellness, or spa services is helpful.

Responsibilities
