Job summary

Beach Bum Tanning, a fast-growing leader in the tanning and spa industry, is seeking a motivated Salon Operations Manager to lead daily operations, deliver top-tier guest service, and set the tone for a high-performing workplace across our stores.

You will coach and train teams, manage scheduling and inventory, monitor sales performance, uphold brand standards, and help grow revenue while ensuring a welcoming, polished store environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven sales leadership experience with a strong sales background.
• 2–3 years of sales experience.
• 2–3 years of management or supervisory experience, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily salon operations and uphold company standards.
• Deliver and reinforce exceptional guest service.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Monitor sales results and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Maintain accurate inventory and follow loss-prevention procedures.
• Build strong client relationships and identify service needs.
• Review performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
