Responsibilities

• Monitor daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to deliver client-centric service and sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set and communicate goals for team members.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports and assist with salon director duties.
• Help manage revenue and expenses and labor costs.
• Work five days per week with possible nights/weekends.
• Ensure reliable transportation to bank as needed.
