Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in creating a client-centric experience and meeting sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals for Team Members and provide coaching.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with Salon Director functions.
• Help maintain staffing levels to maximize productivity and customer service.
