Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to keep the salon on track, coach the team, and ensure every client interaction shines. You will lead by example in sales, service, and operational excellence, driving growth and a positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Oversee salon operations alongside the Salon Director, including scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and client experience.
• Assist in developing promotions and using sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
