Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment and drive store performance. This role manages Tanning Consultants and leads operations to meet productivity goals.

You will coach staff, monitor daily operations, ensure a clean salon, and balance staffing with cost controls while providing exceptional customer service, including nights and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Strong leadership and sales experience helpful.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in client-centric experiences and meet personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Help control top line revenue and expenses.
• Maintain staffing levels for productivity and excellent customer service.
