Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a motivated Salon Director in Training to help drive store performance, foster exceptional client service, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced salon environment.

You will supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example, coach staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and reporting, and partner with leadership to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to coach, mentor and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set clear goals for Team Members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with Director functions.
• Control staffing levels to maximize productivity and customer service while managing labor costs.
