Starting pay $21-$23 per hour with quarterly reviews for increases up to $25 per hour, plus $800 monthly bonuses based on store performance, commission on product and membership sales, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods, 7 hours per day; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for employees and clients.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Opening/closing business; daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to rooms and assist first-time users with equipment.
