Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in California is seeking passionate, hard-working individuals to represent our brand in a vibrant, professional salon environment. You will help guests select tanning services and products while contributing to a fun, team-oriented atmosphere.

Starting pay is $21 per hour, with quarterly reviews for increases up to $25 per hour and $800 monthly bonuses based on store performance. We offer commissions on all product and membership sales, plus health, dental, and vision benefits and

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals
• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for your employees and clients
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings
