Regis Corporation's Supercuts brand in Anaheim, CA is hiring a Salon Manager to lead daily operations, elevate guest service, and drive salon profitability. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, train team members, and ensure the full range of haircare services is delivered to the highest standard.

The role requires a current cosmetology or barber license and a manager license as required by state regulations, with the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding guest needs, providing quality consultations and performing services efficiently.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of hairstylists, training and providing guidance on business and technical matters.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing schedules and transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures and light housekeeping duties.
