Job summary

Supercuts, Inc. is seeking a Salon Manager to oversee all salon operations and lead a team of stylists to deliver outstanding guest experiences. The role focuses on driving profitability, maintaining high service standards, and fostering a positive work environment.

You will manage staff, schedules, and service quality while ensuring the salon runs smoothly throughout busy periods. You will lead by example, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with state regulations and Regis franchise

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lead and develop a team, creating a positive work environment.
• Administrative tasks such as scheduling, transactions on the register, and light housekeeping.
• Strong guest service skills and ability to address guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all salon operations and staff, ensuring high-quality service.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team to grow clientele and achieve salon goals.
• Ensure guest service standards are met and services are delivered professionally.
• Manage staff schedules, transactions, and close-out procedures to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness, inventory and salon standards to support profitability.
