Responsibilities

As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will:

• Consult and Inspire: Provide expert advice on skincare products and help customers achieve their beauty goals.
• Tanning with a Smile: Assist customers with tanning needs, ensuring safety and satisfaction.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to unlock commissions.
• Create a Blissful Environment: Keep the salon clean and welcoming.
• Master of the Register: Handle transactions and manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are Passionate and Enthusiastic: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but passion for beauty and helping others is key.
• Are 18 or Older: We welcome candidates aged 18+.
• Are Flexible: Reliable transportation and availability including nights and weekends are essential.
