Job summary

Supercuts is seeking a Salon Manager in Frisco, TX to lead daily salon operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage staff performance.

You will ensure the full range of Supercuts services is delivered with quality consultations and exceptional guest care, while maintaining profitability and service standards. A valid cosmetology or barber license and a state-required manager license are required.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state/provincial regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest’s needs, providing quality consultations and performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner.
