Supercuts is seeking a Salon Manager to oversee all aspects of a busy salon. You will lead staff, manage schedules, ensure exceptional guest service, and uphold the highest quality of hair care services offered by Supercuts.

You will drive profitability, provide training support, and maintain regulatory compliance, while delivering a welcoming experience to every guest. This role requires franchisee coordination and a strong leadership presence.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service and perform services efficiently.
• Ability to manage schedules, transactions, and light housekeeping duties.
