Job summary

Supercuts is seeking a Salon Manager to lead all aspects of a busy salon in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on managing operations, driving profitability, and delivering exceptional guest service across the full range of hair care services.

Qualified candidates will have a cosmetology or barber license and a state-required manager license, plus at least 2 years of salon management experience. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state regulations
• Minimum of 2 years salon management experience
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service and quality consultations
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as schedules, POS transactions, close-out procedures, and light housekeeping
• Ability to resolve guest issues
• Ability to lead and develop a team and create a positive work environment
