JCPenney Salon in the United States is hiring a Salon Manager to lead a team while continuing to style clients behind the chair. You will coach, recruit, and develop stylists, drive salon performance, and build a welcoming, professional culture that keeps clients returning and referrals growing.

The compensation includes 50% commission on service sales and 10% commission on retail with a service, plus benefits and growth opportunities within the JCPenney brand.

Qualifications

• A current cosmetology license in the state where you are applying.
• Experience coaching and developing other stylists.
• Ability to lead a team while maintaining client book.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services across all hair types and consultations.
• Coach stylists to create memorable client experiences and drive rebooking.
• Motivate the team and build a culture of integrity and excellence.
