Supercuts, Inc. is seeking a Salon Manager to oversee all facets of a busy salon, lead a team, and drive guest satisfaction and profitability. You’ll supervise operations, staffing, schedules, and service delivery to ensure a top-notch guest experience.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager experience as required by state/provincial regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding guest needs and offering quality consultations.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, transactions on the register, close-out procedures and light housekeeping.
• Ability to resolve guest issues and effectively lead and develop a team.
• Experience managing a salon.

• The Salon Manager is responsible for all facets of a salon’s operations and provides leadership and tools for staff to increase clientele and the business.
• The Salon Leader provides all hair care services offered and ensures high guest service standards and salon profitability.
• Delivers quality consultations and ensures guests receive the full range of hair care services offered.
