Job summary

Supercuts, Inc. is seeking a Salon Manager in California to lead daily salon operations, drive guest satisfaction, and grow the business. You will oversee service delivery, scheduling, and staff performance, ensuring a welcoming experience for every guest.

You will mentor stylists, coordinate training, and manage administrative tasks while maintaining brand standards. Compensation starts at $20–$24 per hour and includes benefits such as medical coverage, a 401(k), and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state regulations.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Provide exceptional guest service with quality consultations.
• Perform administrative tasks on the computerized register and banking procedures.
• Resolve guest issues and lead a team.
• Develop staff through training and guidance on business and technical matters.

Responsibilities

• The Salon Manager is responsible for all facets of salon operations and provides leadership and tools for staff.
• The Salon Leader provides all hair care services and ensures guest service standards and salon profitability.
• Deliver quality consultations and help guests reproduce looks at home.
