Supercuts is seeking a Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, ensure top-tier guest service, and drive profitability. The role requires leadership to coach stylists, manage schedules, and uphold Supercuts’ standards across services.

Responsibilities include providing a full range of hair care services, guiding staff development, and maintaining inventory and administrative tasks to support a seamless guest experience. Strong state licensing and flexible hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state/regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest’s needs, providing quality consultations and performing services requested efficiently.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing schedules and transactions on the register, closing procedures and light housekeeping (banking, inventory, staff meetings).
• Ability to resolve guest issues.
• Ability to lead and develop a team, create a positive work environment, train and guide on business and technical matters.
