Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services including cuts, styling, chemical services across all hair types
• Deliver thorough consultations and personalized recommendations
• Coach stylists to encourage rebooking, referrals, and loyalty
• Motivate and recognize team with consistent coaching and encouragement
• Create an atmosphere where clients feel welcomed and excited to return
• Lead recruitment and coaching to grow the salon team
• Review performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement
• Set priorities around productivity, referrals, rebooking, and client acquisition
• Manage salary costs and resources to support profitability
• Ensure clear expectations and accountability across the team
• Walk the salon to identify merchandising and replenishment needs
• Maintain a professional, organized and welcoming salon environment
• Follow safety regulations and company programs
