Qualifications

• A current cosmetology license in the state where you are applying.
• Experience leading teams and coaching stylists is a plus.
• Strong communication and client-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services, including cuts, styling, chemical services, and other services across all hair types.
• Deliver thorough consultations and personalized recommendations for clients.
• Coach stylists on creating memorable client experiences and encourage rebooking and referrals.
• Motivate and recognize the team through coaching and encouragement.
• Recruit talented stylists via social media, referrals, and local salons; build a strong team culture.
• Lead by example to drive salon performance and profitability; manage resources and costs.
