Qualifications

• Current cosmetology license in the state where you are applying.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop other stylists.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding client service.
• Coach and develop the salon team with regular feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, referrals, and client rebooking.
• Balance leadership duties with personal client bookings behind the chair.
