Job summary

Great Clips Careers of ND & MN is seeking a Salon Manager in Auburn, WA to lead a busy salon and coach a team of stylists. If you’re a licensed cosmetologist or barber, you’ll supervise operations, schedule peak hours, and deliver great haircuts while building a strong team culture.

You’ll receive a base pay of $25–$26 per hour, with the potential to exceed $40–$50 per hour with tips and incentives. Comprehensive training and benefits support your career growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid WA Cosmetology or Barber license.
• Strong leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility.
• Excellent communication and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team.
• Strong organizational skills to manage day-to-day salon operations.

Responsibilities
