Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state/province varies)
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and support a team
• Strong organizational skills to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
