Job summary

Great Clips Careers of ND & MN is seeking a licensed cosmetologist or barber to lead, inspire, and grow with our team. As Salon Manager you’ll supervise daily operations, deliver haircuts when needed, and coach stylists to raise service quality.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber license required.
• Strong haircutting skills and ability to coach others.

• Strong organizational skills for day-to-day operations.
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports).
