Must be licensed. We offer a guaranteed base wage, up to 25% product sales commissions, paid training, holiday pay, PTO, bonuses, health insurance and a retirement plan with a match.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a cosmetologist or barber.
• Experience leading a salon team is a plus.
• Ability to balance cutting hair with operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Salon Manager and lead daily salon operations.
• Cut hair and provide client service while supporting team performance.
• Mentor and coach stylists to promote growth and retention.
