You will oversee operations, coach stylists, and capitalize on built-in walk-in traffic with strong guest service and profitability in mind.

This role offers monthly and annual bonus incentives based on salon performance and guest counts, providing real financial upside as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Cosmetology or Barber license.
• Manager's license if required in your state.
• Available to work at least 38 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Tech-savvy with basic math and able to handle administrative tasks.
• Reliable and capable of leading a salon team.

Responsibilities
