Qualifications

• Must hold a current Cosmetology or Barber license (and a Manager's license if required by state).
• Comfortable working at least 38 hours a week, including busy times.
• Tech‑savvy, good with basic math, and able to handle admin tasks without issue.
• Reliability as the heartbeat of the salon and team support.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire talent; coach stylists to be the best in the business.
• Schedule, inventory, and the numbers to keep the salon profitable and stocked.
• Lead by example with great cuts, color, and guest service.
