Afterglow: Bronzing & Blowout Bar in Fresno, CA is seeking a qualified Salon Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales. The role focuses on customer service excellence, staff supervision, inventory oversight, and calendar coordination to ensure smooth salon performance.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in a fast-paced aesthetics setting or a degree in Business Management, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to supervise a team, while being available to work evenings,

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in a fast paced aesthetics office/ salon environment and/or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a professional salon setting
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and on call
