Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, deliver exceptional client experiences, and supervise tanning consultants. You will lead operations, coaching and training for the team while ensuring a clean, professional environment and meeting productivity targets.

The role requires management or sales experience and strong customer service skills, with basic computer proficiency. A positive leadership style and ability to work nights/weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Management or sales experience required.
• Beauty industry and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong leadership with coaching and mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with director duties.
• Help control revenue, expenses, and staffing levels to maximize productivity.
