Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking motivated leaders to join our management team. The Salon Director in Training will drive store performance, foster exceptional client service, and supervise tanning consultants to meet company goals.

You will lead by example in daily operations and maintain a client-centric, high-performing environment. This role requires strong retail management and customer service skills, a passion for team leadership, and the ability to manage in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales expectations.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with Salon Director duties.
• Control top line revenue and expenses and optimize staffing for productivity.
