Job summary

Sport Clips Haircuts Eagle in Eagle, ID is seeking our next Salon Manager-in-Training. This full-time role starts in a structured onboarding program with about three months of paid leadership training while you work behind the chair and learn operations, leadership, and business skills.

As you progress, you’ll lead daily salon operations, recruit and coach a high-performing stylist team, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

Active Idaho Cosmetology or Barber license required.
Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
Strong communication, coaching and customer service skills.
Desire to mentor others and lead by example.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced salon environment.
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Lead daily salon operations including scheduling, inventory, and POS management.
Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team of stylists.
Deliver an exceptional client experience while upholding brand standards.
Manage product ordering, merchandising, and inventory to support profitability.
Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture.
Support payroll, administrative tasks, and compliance with policies and licensing.
