Sport Clips Haircuts in Bountiful, UT is hiring a Salon Manager-in-Training. This full-time role starts with three months of paid leadership training while you work behind the chair and learn operations and people leadership.

You’ll transition into the Salon Manager role with coaching, mentorship, and hands-on experience to build a long-term career with a nationally recognized company.

Qualifications

• Active Utah Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Previous leadership or salon/retail/hospitality management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching and customer service skills.
• Desire to mentor others and lead by example.
• Thrive in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily salon operations including scheduling and POS.
• Recruit, coach, develop and retain stylist team.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining brand standards.
• Manage product ordering, merchandising and inventory.
• Support payroll, admin tasks and licensing compliance.
• Foster positive, team-focused culture.
