Palm Beach Tan is seeking an energetic Salon Director/Store Manager to lead a vibrant team in a busy salon. You will drive sales, ensure outstanding customer service, and oversee daily operations in a welcoming, professional environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership/management experience helpful.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand and walk for 7 hours/day and lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Assist with hiring and training your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Assist with ongoing team training.
• Provide customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and opening/closing duties.
• Track goals and performance metrics.
